Listening Practice
What does ListenLab do?
ListenLab turns podcast-style audio into focused listening practice with transcripts, repeatable segments, and saved progress.
Which languages can I practice with?
You can set a site language and a target language from your account settings. The current app experience supports English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, and Portuguese.
Does ListenLab save my progress?
Yes. Signed-in accounts keep listening progress so you can pick up where you left off across available episodes.
Uploads
What can I upload?
You can upload listening material for your own practice as long as your account has upload access and the file fits your plan limits.
What are the Free upload limits?
Free accounts can upload up to 3 episodes per day, keep 10 active uploads, and use up to 1 MB of upload storage.
What are the Plus upload limits?
ListenLab Plus includes up to 20 uploads per day, 100 active uploads, and 25 MB of upload storage.
Plans and Billing
Can I upgrade from Free to Plus?
Yes. Open Account settings and choose Upgrade to see current pricing, trial details, and plan perks.
Can I cancel Plus?
Yes. Use Manage billing from your account settings. If cancellation is scheduled, Plus access continues until the end date shown there.
Can I delete my account while Plus is active?
If your paid subscription is active, schedule cancellation in billing first. Once cancellation is pending, account deletion is available from Account settings.

How do I get help?
Use the contact form and include the email address on your ListenLab account so support can find the right account quickly.
Will I get a confirmation email?
Yes. After you send the contact form, ListenLab sends a confirmation email. You can reply to that email if you have more details to add.
